It’s a combat-ready dueling hilt, precision-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, paired with a custom 3D-printed internal chassis that holds every component securely in place. The Neopixel blade delivers bright, edge-to-edge illumination with vivid colour and realistic blaster, clash and ignition effects, driven by a Proffie soundboard for fully customizable fonts, sounds and lighting.
The question everyone asks about a neopixel blade is whether it survives contact. Ours is 3mm. We’ve put full-force baseball swings from a 220 lb adult through it and found no damage to the blade at all. “Built to take real contact” isn’t a phrase we’re using loosely. It’s a thing we went and checked.
It also comes in under a kilogram, which matters more than it sounds. A saber that weighs too much is a saber you quietly stop training with. Most hilts are built for how they feel in your hand for thirty seconds in a display stand. Ninety minutes of drilling is a different requirement, and it’s the one this was designed around.
